SHOWCASE OF THE LATEST AD CAMPAIGNS

Ashish Chakravarty

NCD, Contract Advertising

A celebrity definitely brings attention to an ad, but the challenge was to make the connection even more powerful, and therefore effective. And as you can see, we didn’t ask why, we asked why not!

S Rajendran

Chief Marketing Officer, Acer India

In line with our latest brand proposition ‘Being unreasonable’, at Acer we ask not why, but why not. This TVC showcases some of the unreasonable things our products can achieve such as swiveling 180 degrees, tough and unbreakable exteriors, batteries lasting for seven hours, among many others which is only possible because of the indomitable spirit of our R&D experts.

Keeping in line with BigRock’s tone of voice, we have launched a quirky and humorous film that not only entertains but creates a lasting impression in the viewers’ mind. ‘Karma Pest Control’ is a continuation to our .ORG campaign. This time we have showcased an organization like Karma Pest Control whose core business lies in the ethical removal of pests.

Shashank Mehrotra

General Manager & Business Head at BigRock

Most of our TV ads have centred around the theme of showcasing quirky businesses achieving success via their online presence. Our latest ad pushes the concept further by introducing a business that specialises in pest relocation services rather than killing them which is led by the messaging of .ORG being the domain of choice for businesses.

Brands with a social conscience and a sensitivity to the ecosystems that make them work are being preferred (loved) by consumers across the world. Google is one such brand which has led many such initiatives. #SpecialDelivery is a special gesture by Google for the delivery boys who bring parcels of happiness to homes in India.

gosf.in 2014 was a roaring success, with all partners seeing great engagements. We got a total of 1.4 crore visits to the site and the user engagement is up by 7 times compared to last year. All this was made possible due to collective efforts of all our partners. And this video is a small gesture to thank the unsung heroes who keep the wheels of this growing industry moving.

The idea of ‘Open Up’ needed a take that motivates the audience to keep doing what they are doing by reminding them how important it is to do so. Bhalai does exactly that. The campaign’s mock-altruistic tone makes people realise the almost life-saving power of jokes, memes, videos and gossip they keep sharing on the Internet.

Gurinder Singh Sandhu

Head - Marketing, Tata Docomo

India’s young, informed, vocal and aspirational population are the very face of the changing consumer landscape and Tata Docomo’s latest ad was formulated keeping their psyche in mind. Our TVCs are all about reaching out to them through humorous ad films, while encouraging them to adopt Tata Docomo’s personalised data and voice plans.
