Cycle Pure Agarbathi’s acquisition of Satvik Spirituals marks more than just a business move, it feels like a natural coming together of two worlds that already speak the same language. On one side is Cycle’s decades-long legacy and deep retail reach, and on the other, Satvik’s sharp digital presence and understanding of today’s consumer.
For Vinod Bansal, Founder and Managing Director, Satvik Spirituals Private Limited, the decision was rooted in shared intent, especially a common vision with Cycle’s leadership, including Arjun Ranga, to take spiritual commerce to the next level.
At its core, the partnership is about making devotion simpler and more accessible. Satvik has always aimed to be a one-stop solution, and with Cycle now in the picture, that vision feels far more achievable. From rudraksha and gemstones to idols and an upcoming all-in-one wedding essentials range, the idea is to ensure consumers don’t have to look elsewhere for anything they need.
What stands out is the continued emphasis on authenticity, something Bansal believes the category still lacks clear standards for. “Our vision is to launch authentic products. There is a lack of authenticity standards in puja items. We want to set that. We want to become a trendsetter,” he says, underlining the brand’s long-term focus.
There’s also a conscious effort to connect with younger audiences, blending spirituality with lifestyle through modern formats like spiritual jewellery. At the same time, Satvik is rethinking online pujas, shifting towards more personalised, transparent experiences with live-streaming and recordings to build trust.
With this partnership, it is clear that the brands are aiming for better reach, deep trust, and a shift in how devotion is experienced in the future—making it more personal, credible, and in tune with today’s world.
