21N78E names Virendra Mahendra as National Creative Director

21N78E Creative Labs is enhancing its creative department with the appointment of Virendra Mahindra. Mahindra will focus on advancing creative excellence and innovation across the agency's client portfolio.

The agency has been strengthening its strategic marketing consulting practice, and developing capabilities aimed at integrating business logic into its creative work. Additionally, it has been exploring AI tools over the past four years, believing that mastering these technologies is crucial for improving efficiencies and setting new standards for creativity.

Mahindra brings 23 years of experience in advertising and communication, with a proven track record of delivering creative solutions for various consumer segments. Previously, he served as National Creative Director & COO at Digital Refresh Networks, where he led design and communication efforts. His experience includes managing projects and campaigns for brands such as Ponds, Disney, HUL, BMW Motorrad, Kotak Mahindra, Shoppers Stop, Manyavar, Sleep Company, and Bajaj. Mahindra is known for his advocacy of technological advancements and his impact on brand engagement.
