adidas has promoted Sartaj Kadian to Director – Digital Marketing, strengthening its digital leadership as it sharpens focus on cross-channel growth.

He has been with adidas for over five years, most recently serving as Senior Manager – Performance Marketing. In that role, he led performance-driven initiatives across channels, contributing to the brand’s digital acceleration.
With over 12 years of experience, Kadian brings expertise across MENA, CIS and global markets, with a strong track record in full-funnel media strategy and digital activation aimed at driving scalable growth.
