Adobe has expanded its partner ecosystem across technology platforms, agencies and system integrators to support AI-led customer experience workflows at scale.
Announced at Adobe Summit, the move is aimed at making Adobe a central platform for multi-agent collaboration, helping marketers and creatives automate tasks, generate insights and deliver more personalised customer experiences.
The expanded ecosystem is part of Adobe CX Enterprise, the company’s new end-to-end agentic AI system designed to manage the customer lifecycle across data, content and customer journeys. Adobe said the platform is built to help businesses deal with growing fragmentation across AI models, platforms and workflows.
“Marketers shouldn’t have to choose between their organization’s AI tools and the marketing capabilities required to drive impactful outcomes, a gap we are bridging by expanding our partner ecosystem and creating highly customized integrations for Adobe CX Enterprise,” said Amit Ahuja, SVP of product, Customer Experience Orchestration, Adobe. “We are providing businesses flexibility and choice, empowering teams to make smarter, faster decisions while maintaining enterprise-scale context, trust and governance.”
Adobe is deepening integrations with AI platforms including Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA and OpenAI.
Its Adobe Marketing Agent is now generally available in Microsoft 365 Copilot and in beta across Amazon Q, Anthropic Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise and IBM watsonx Orchestrate.
Adobe is also working with NVIDIA to build its CX Enterprise Coworker using NVIDIA Agent Toolkit software, allowing brands to deploy Adobe’s customer experience intelligence through secure on-premise or cloud environments.
Within Adobe’s own applications, the company is adding integrations with Acxiom, Demandbase, Genesys, RainFocus, SAP and ServiceNow to allow teams to analyse data, resolve workflow issues and act without switching tools.
For its Brand Concierge offering, Adobe has partnered with [24]7.ai, Algolia and Netomi to create conversational experiences across product discovery, search, support and loyalty.
Adobe is also integrating transaction capabilities into agent-powered interactions through partnerships with Adyen, PayPal and Stripe.
On the agency side, Adobe said companies including dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell and WPP are standardising on CX Enterprise to build solutions around customer engagement, content supply chain and brand visibility.
System integrators including Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, Infosys, PwC and TCS are also using Adobe’s agentic AI capabilities to build industry-specific offerings and speed up enterprise adoption.
