Akshat Jain concludes nearly 9-year journey at Weber Shandwick

Weber Shandwick’s Akshat Jain has decided to move on from the agency after nearly nine years.

Jain had been associated with Weber Shandwick since 2017 and was elevated to Vice President in May 2023. This was his second stint with the agency, having previously worked there between 2008 and 2010. Before rejoining Weber Shandwick, he was associated with Allied Blenders & Distillers.

Sharing the update through a LinkedIn post, Jain described his time at Weber Shandwick as one of the most defining phases of his professional journey. He reflected on working across multiple areas of communications, including product launches, leadership profiling, corporate reputation, crisis management and media strategy.

During his tenure, Jain also worked extensively across the mobility and electric vehicle sector, handling mandates for brands including Tata Motors, Jaguar Land Rover India, Yamaha Motor India, Castrol and several EV-focused companies.

In his post, Jain also expressed gratitude towards his colleagues and leadership team, calling the journey both professionally and personally transformative.
