Alpenliebe Introduces India’s First Liquid Choco-Filled Lollipop

Perfetti Van Melle India has launched Alpenliebe Eclairs Pop, which it claims is India’s first lollipop with a liquid chocolate filling.

The product builds on the existing Alpenliebe Eclairs, known for its choco centre. The new offering combines a caramel exterior with a liquid choco core, and is priced at Rs 5.

The company said the Eclairs Pop is aimed at teens and young adults, and is intended as a convenient, on-the-go snack.

“With Alpenliebe Eclairs Pop, our aim was to extend a much-loved experience into a new, convenient format. We know how deeply loved the Eclairs’ choco center is - and this product carries that indulgence forward in every way. Teens and young adults are seeking richer, more immersive treats even in everyday formats—and Eclairs Pop is just that. Not a twist, but a natural evolution of what they already enjoy,” said Gunjan Khetan, Director Marketing, Perfetti Van Melle India.
