Ambrosia Foods has partnered with Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters to introduce the Indian specialty coffee brand to the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), marking the start of a broader regional expansion strategy.
As part of the partnership, Blue Tokai has opened its first GCC café at BurJuman Mall, Dubai, with Ambrosia Foods leading the brand's rollout across the region. The companies plan to expand Blue Tokai's footprint to more than 10 locations across the GCC over the next few years.
The collaboration combines Blue Tokai's expertise in sourcing, roasting and serving specialty Indian coffee with Ambrosia Foods' regional market knowledge and operational capabilities to scale the brand in the Middle East.
Blue Tokai becomes the fourth brand in Ambrosia Foods' portfolio, joining Biryani By Kilo, Furn Beaino and Mr. Brown as the company expands its multi-brand food and beverage business across the GCC.

Founded in 2013, Blue Tokai operates more than 250 cafés and three roasteries across India, works directly with over 80 coffee farms, and also has a presence in Tokyo, Japan.
