Ankit Dhameja has joined WPP Media as Senior Vice President, Strategy, where he will lead strategy for Google India. In his new role, Dhameja will focus on bringing together business and media strategy, AI-led transformation, consumer intelligence, data and innovation.
In a social media post announcing his new role, Dhameja said: "As AI continues to reshape consumer behaviour, marketing and the media ecosystem, I am particularly excited about helping translate that change into clear strategic direction, scalable solutions and measurable business impact. Looking forward to partnering closely with teams across WPP Media and Google as we shape what’s next."
Before joining WPP Media, Dhameja was Lead, Technology and Media at Deloitte. He has also held roles at BBC News, where he served as Senior Manager - Data and Insights, as well as Network18 and Mindshare.
