Anupam Arora has joined XLSMART in Indonesia, marking a new chapter after a 28-year career with Bharti Airtel.
Arora most recently served as Hub CEO – Upper North, overseeing operations across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. During his tenure at Airtel, he held leadership positions across businesses and also served as a Unit CEO.
Sharing details of his new role, Arora said, “At XL Smart, my focus is to build and scale the next generation of the Homes business - driving Consumer Convergence, Growth, CX, Analytics and Future Channels.”
Arora began his professional career with Airtel and describes the company as a defining part of his journey. He brings experience across business development and operations, P&L management, consumer experience and network operations to his new role.
