AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB) has launched its Onam-focused NRI Homecoming campaign, ‘Global Dreams. Indian at Heart.’, celebrating the emotional and financial ties overseas Indians continue to share with India.
Built around the idea of homecoming during the festive season, the campaign highlights how Indians living across global markets remain closely connected to their families, traditions and long-term aspirations in India. For many NRIs, these connections extend beyond family ties to financial decisions involving savings, investments, education, property and wealth creation.
Through the campaign, AU SFB is strengthening its engagement with NRI customers by highlighting banking and financial solutions designed to help them manage their financial lives across geographies.
The bank recently enhanced its FCNR(B) deposit rate to 7.40% per annum for eligible three-to-four-year tenures. It also offers zero forex margin and zero bank charges on non-resident remittances, aimed at helping customers manage transfers for family needs, savings, investments and other long-term financial goals.
Commenting on the occasion, Sanjay Agarwal, Founder, MD & CEO, AU Small Finance Bank, said, "Onam is a celebration of home, togetherness and gratitude. It is a special time when families come together, memories are revisited and connections are strengthened, irrespective of where one lives in the world. I extend my warm wishes to the global Malayali community and all our customers celebrating this joyous festival.
For many NRIs, India continues to remain central to their family's aspirations, investments and long-term financial plans. At AU Small Finance Bank, we are committed to supporting these aspirations through banking solutions that help customers manage their finances seamlessly across borders while staying connected to their roots. Beyond deposits and remittances, we seek to support our customers' complete financial journey through banking, payments, lending, wealth and protection solutions designed for both NRIs and their families in India. Through our 'Global Dreams. Indian at Heart.' philosophy, we aim to make this journey more meaningful, secure and rewarding.”
AU SFB’s NRI banking proposition includes NRE, NRO and savings accounts, current accounts, debit and credit cards, FCNR(B) and fixed deposits, digital banking services, remittance facilities, overdrafts against deposits, home and vehicle loans, wealth management and insurance products.
The campaign also reflects the evolving needs of NRI customers, whose financial priorities increasingly extend beyond remittances to areas such as wealth creation, retirement planning, property ownership and building long-term financial security.
Through the Onam season, AU SFB will engage with NRI communities through customer outreach and financial awareness initiatives, while promoting solutions designed to support their financial needs across borders.
With ‘Global Dreams. Indian at Heart.’, the bank aims to position itself as a financial partner for NRIs seeking to build long-term financial security while remaining connected to their families, traditions and aspirations in India.
