BBH India, part of Publicis Groupe India, has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Delon Mascarenhas and Mitushi Sharma as Executive Vice Presidents. Both will report to Himanshu Saxena, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, BBH India, and will focus on client partnerships and business development.
In addition, the agency has promoted Ashwin Palkar and Nisheeth Srivastava to the role of Senior Executive Creative Directors. They will continue to report to Parikshit Bhattaccharya, Chief Creative Officer, BBH India.
These changes come at a time when BBH India is reporting new client acquisitions, increased engagement with existing partners, and industry recognition, including a Bronze Lion at Cannes Lions 2025 for the ‘Bassi Vs Garnier Men’s Facewash’ campaign. The agency was also ranked third in the MMA SMARTIES Business Impact Index 2024 among creative agencies in India.
Delon Mascarenhas has more than 25 years of experience in brand strategy, content, and digital marketing. He was previously Senior Vice President at DDB Mudra Group and served as Head of Marketing at Tring. He has also held positions at Edelman India, Havas Life, and other organisations, working with brands such as McDonald’s, HUL, Red Bull, Meesho, Dream11 and Abbott.
Mitushi Sharma brings over 23 years of experience in advertising. She was most recently with FCB Interface in a leadership capacity. Her portfolio includes work across sectors such as beauty, automotive, consumer durables, BFSI, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG, including brands like Nivea, Whirlpool, Mahindra, Hero Group, Conagra Foods, Skechers and Torrent Pharma. She has also worked on various Unilever brands including Lakme, Domex and Ayush.
