“As I write this, the image of Bhaskar smiling in his colourful attire made more colourful amidst the fervour of the Holi party he and Shoma often hosted, flashes by. Bhaskar had that easy charm; the effervescence that added greatly to the acumen of professional deals that he struck. He was this gentle soul in the corporate jungle who enabled people and businesses to thrive. His spirit and positive energy were palpable in any place that had Bhaskar was in.
His love for the profession shone in full 70 mm technicolour way. Infused as it was with, creativity, passion, quirkiness and people connect which he established so easily.
In an industry so often shaped by change and uncertainty, a connect with Bhaskar remained steadfast. Despite his illness he was a serial optimist, raring to bounce back.
He leaves behind a legacy not just of professional excellence but of gentle compassion and generosity of spirit.
We will celebrate you - who made the industry, better simply by being in it.
