In an unexpected twist, Bingo! Mad Angles, one of India's most popular snack brands, has named Raghu Ram as its new ‘Chief Triangle Officer’ (CTO). Known for his fiery persona and straightforward attitude, Raghu brings his unique flair to the role, creating a buzz among fans and consumers alike.
The excitement began when a mysterious video surfaced online, featuring Raghu Ram in his trademark no-nonsense style, teasing his new role as CTO. This sparked widespread speculation on social media, leaving netizens eager to learn more about Raghu's new "corporate" venture.
Bingo! Mad Angles then officially launched its latest campaign, titled "Mad About Triangles," featuring Raghu Ram at the helm as the Chief Triangle Officer. The campaign blends humour and drama, showcasing the iconic triangle shape as the perfect symbol of the snack brand's playful spirit.
“I’m really excited to take on the mantle of the Chief Triangle Officer for Bingo! Mad Angles in this quirky campaign," said Raghu Ram, an Indian film actor and television producer. "I’m here to remind everyone of the perfection of triangles and look forward to seeing people share photos of mad triangles around them. It’s time to think outside the box and make the world a madder place, one triangle at a time.”
Commenting on the new initiative, Mr. Suresh Chand, VP & Head of Marketing, Snacks, Noodles & Pasta, Foods Division at ITC Ltd., said, "Bingo! Mad Angles has always broken the clutter with its campaigns and has built a memorable connection with the youth through its new-age, wacky humour. With the 'Mad About Triangles' campaign, we plan to further amp up the madness we are known for. Raghu's energetic and bold persona perfectly aligns with the disruptive nature of Bingo! Mad Angles, making this campaign a memorable treat for our consumers."
The commercial kicks off with Raghu seated in his new office, only to erupt in anger when he spots a square-shaped object on his desk. As tension builds, his "Anger Management Coaches" try to understand the cause of his frustration, while Raghu becomes more agitated. The moment he spots a triangle chip from Bingo! Mad Angles, however, his mood shifts, revealing that the only way to calm his anger is with more "triangles."
To further engage fans, the campaign encourages people to share photos of any triangles they encounter. The best submissions will have a chance to win a trip to Egypt to see the iconic pyramids, along with other exciting prizes.
The ‘Mad About Triangles’ campaign will roll out across various digital platforms nationwide, promising to captivate audiences with its quirky charm and fun concept.
