Bosch Home Comfort India Limited has appointed Rishi Mehta as executive director–finance and chief financial officer, effective 1, April, 2026, following approval from its board.
The decision was taken at a board meeting on 24, March, 2026 based on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Mehta, who currently serves as chief financial officer, will take on the expanded role for a term running until 30, September, 2028.
He brings more than two decades of experience across the automotive, air-conditioning and information technology sectors, with expertise spanning mergers and acquisitions, integration, turnaround management, financial modelling and internal controls.
His career includes leadership roles at Adient (formerly JCI Automotive), Delphi Automotive and Flextronics, where he worked across strategic planning, financial management and business transformation, including stints in markets across South-East Asia and the Middle East and Africa.
