Branding Edge appointed communications partner for S45

Branding Edge has been appointed as the strategic communications and media partner for S45, described as India’s first AI-native investment banking platform.

The mandate will focus on positioning S45 at the intersection of capital markets, technology and institutional engagement, as the platform introduces an AI-led operating system aimed at changing how Indian companies approach IPO readiness, execution and investor engagement.

Branding Edge will support S45 across brand narrative development, founder positioning, financial media strategy, corporate reputation, thought leadership and stakeholder messaging, as the platform increases its visibility among issuers, bankers, investors and the wider capital market ecosystem.

S45 is designed to replace legacy workflows, often reliant on spreadsheets, manual disclosures and disconnected demand tracking, with a unified execution framework powered by automation and governance.
