Bridgestone India is taking its brand into Punjabi pop culture with ‘Drive Thru’, a track by singer, actor and car enthusiast Parmish Verma from his debut album 'Victory Lap', featuring Wazir Patar.
The collaboration takes a less conventional route. Instead of building a standalone ad around the artist, Bridgestone is woven into the song’s narrative, which revolves around open roads, cars, road trips and the company that comes along for the ride.
The approach plays on Verma’s existing connection with cars and driving, allowing the brand to sit naturally within a world already familiar to his audience. Bridgestone becomes part of the scene rather than an interruption, placing the brand alongside the people, places and playlists associated with a road trip.
“Our approach here was simple: find where Bridgestone genuinely fits into a story that already exists, instead of building a new one around the brand. Parmish’s connection to driving made that possible, and Drive Thru gave us a real, lived-in place to be present in,” said the team at Schbang.

The association is built around relevance rather than a conventional endorsement, with the brand integrated into content that Parmish Verma’s audience already engages with. The track also continues Verma’s journey in Punjabi music following his transition from music video direction to performing.
With Drive Thru, Bridgestone is betting that sometimes the most effective way to enter a culture is not to interrupt the story, but to become part of it.
