CaratLane Relaunches #WearYourWins Campaign to Empower Women Ahead of Women’s Day

CaratLane, a leading omni-channel jewellery brand and part of the TATA Group, has relaunched its empowering #WearYourWins movement just ahead of International Women’s Day. Building on the success of its previous campaign, the brand is continuing to highlight the importance of recognising personal achievements and encouraging women to celebrate their victories—no matter how big or small.

The campaign centres around the notion that many women fail to acknowledge their own successes. CaratLane’s social experiment involved three inspiring women: Gul, a teacher; Neha, a single mother, actor, and RJ; and Tarannum, a single mother and entrepreneur. The experiment revealed how these women often downplay their own accomplishments, unable to fully recognise their impact. However, their perspectives shifted when they were reminded by their loved ones about the profound influence their achievements had on those around them. This moment was pivotal in reaffirming the #WearYourWins message—every success, no matter the size, is worth celebrating.

To expand the movement’s reach, CaratLane partnered with renowned artists from UnErase Poetry, including Priya Malik and Sainee Raj, who amplified the message through poignant storytelling.

Shaifali Gautam, CMO of CaratLane, stated, “Women often downplay their wins—only 30% of women celebrate their wins. That insight was too powerful to ignore! With #WearYourWins, we want to create a cultural shift, redefining self-celebration by encouraging women to honour their victories with jewellery. In the larger picture, this effort even aligns with our brand motto of Khul Ke Karo Express, helping women express their wins by rewarding themselves.”
