Operating across multiple regions, CARS24 guarantees customers receive seamless, transparent, and secure communication throughout the car buying and selling process. By integrating Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID solution, CARS24 ensures that customers do not miss crucial updates related to their transactions. This trusted calling experience features the brand name, logo, category name, verification tick, and a distinctive green badge, all of which enhance reliability and customer recognition.

With its advanced communication features, such as Call Reason, CARS24 provides additional context for its calls, helping to build user confidence before the call is answered. This innovative feature improves communication efficiency and strengthens customer trust and engagement

CARS24 also utilises Truecaller’s advanced customer experience features, including Video Caller ID and Call Me Back. With Video Caller ID, CARS24 can offer a visually engaging representation of the brand, enhancing the user's experience by providing rich media alongside the Call Reason feature. This adds an extra layer of visual context, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

In addition, CARS24 has implemented Truecaller’s Call Me Back feature, which helps gauge customer intent and availability, enabling calls to be made at the optimal time if a crucial business call is missed.
