From its beginnings in 2003 as Samsung’s dedicated agency in India, Cheil has grown into one of the country’s most versatile marketing organisations. The Cheil SWA Group is led by Carlos LimSeob Chung, President and CEO, Cheil SWA. As part of the transformation, Jitender Dabas has been appointed CEO of Cheil X, and will also oversee the agencies under the Cheil SWA Group. Mandeep Sharma has been named COO, Cheil India, and is tasked with leading the business transformation focused on customer experience and CRM across the marketing value chain.

- Creative & Strategy (Cheil X): Extending beyond Samsung, Cheil X provides creative and strategic services to Indian and global clients. It blends Korean precision with deep Indian market understanding and has recently expanded into Mumbai.
- Digital Marketing/Tech (Experience Commerce): Acquired in 2017, this Mumbai-based agency delivers digital marketing and tech solutions. Its Offshore Development Center supports the global Cheil network, with double-digit growth over the last three years.
