Chirag Alawadhi has stepped down from his role as Co-Founder and CEO of The Leapfrog Network, three years after launching the creative agency alongside his co-founders in December 2021.
Alawadhi announced his exit via LinkedIn, stating: “After 9 years of building businesses, I’m now focused on building the infrastructure and knowledge systems that will empower the next generation of marketers and entrepreneurs.”
He began his career as a solo agency owner before co-founding The Leapfrog Network. Alawadhi has said he will not start another agency but will now concentrate on content ecosystem building, strategic consulting with agencies and marketing teams, developing marketing tools, and working with brands internationally.
Over the course of his career, Alawadhi has worked on more than 1,300 campaigns and helped generate over $7 million in revenue. His work has included building content networks with a combined following of more than 10 million and collaborating with brands such as EMAMI, Lenskart, Airtel, OTT Play, Reliance, and Tata Motors.
Reflecting on his career to date, Alawadhi described it as his “real-world MBA in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and resilience.” He added: “This isn’t goodbye to the industry that shaped me – it’s a shift toward deeper impact.”
His departure comes as other agency professionals also reconsider traditional models, opting to focus on wider industry developments rather than operational roles.
The Leapfrog Network will continue under existing leadership, maintaining its original aim of fostering connections between brands and their audiences. The agency has grown since its launch in 2021, particularly in digital campaigns and community engagement.
