Coolberg partners with film ‘Rahu Ketu’ for cinema integration campaign

Coolberg, a non-alcoholic beer brand from Ghodawat Consumer Limited (GCL), has announced a collaboration with the upcoming Bollywood crime-comedy Rahu Ketu

Coolberg partners with film ‘Rahu Ketu’ for cinema integration campaign

Coolberg, a non-alcoholic beer brand from Ghodawat Consumer Limited (GCL), has announced a collaboration with the upcoming Bollywood crime-comedy Rahu Ketu. The campaign brings together cinema promotions, audience engagement and brand integration linked to the film’s theatrical release.

As part of the initiative, Coolberg will run contests across India, offering 40 winners BookMyShow tickets to watch Rahu Ketu in theatres. Five winners will also receive an opportunity to attend a meet-and-greet in Mumbai with the film’s lead cast. The campaign includes a co-branded video byte featuring Varun Sharma and Pulkit Samrat, aligned with Coolberg’s brand messaging.

The partnership includes on-screen integration within the film. Coolberg appears in selected scenes, including the introduction of the character Meenu, where the lead characters are shown consuming the beverage, and a rave party sequence that features Coolberg signage alongside the film’s first music video. The brand is also listed in the theatrical credits as the official Marketing Partner.

Salloni Ghodawat, CEO of Ghodawat Consumer Limited, said, “At Ghodawat Consumer Limited, we believe brands must move beyond visibility to create experiences that genuinely resonate with today’s youth. Our partnership with ‘Rahu Ketu’ reflects this philosophy—bringing together entertainment, community, and culture. After our successful collaboration with Prime Video for ‘Do You Wanna Partner’, this campaign is another step in connecting with the new generation, both on-screen and off-screen.”

Coolberg has focused its marketing on urban millennial and Gen Z consumers, with campaigns tied to entertainment platforms and film properties. GCL has previously partnered with Prime Video for Do You Wanna Partner and continues to pursue similar integrations.

Rahu Ketu is produced by Zee Studios and BLive Productions, written and directed by Vipul Vig, and produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Pragati Deshmukh, Suraj Singh, and Varsha Kukreja. The film stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Shalini Pandey, and Chunky Panday, and is scheduled for release across India on January 16, 2026.
