Croma has launched its new campaign, ‘Ghar Banta Hai Croma Se’, highlighting the everyday relationships, conversations and memories that turn a house into a home. The campaign positions Croma not just as an electronics retailer, but as a partner helping Indian families make technology choices that fit their lives.

As appliances and electronics become an integral part of modern Indian homes, the campaign explores how these products are woven into everyday moments—from setting up a first home to family celebrations and shared meals.

"Over our 20-year journey, Croma has been privileged to enter millions of Indian homes, witnessing firsthand how technology weaves into the fabric of daily family life," said Amit Agarwal, Chief Marketing Officer, Croma. "Every first home, every celebration, and every family meal tells a story. At Croma, our purpose—to simplify electronics ownership for our customers—is at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to bring joy and smiles to our customers' faces by helping them bring the latest, life-enhancing technology which is best suited to their needs. ‘Ghar Banta Hai Croma Se’ is our tribute to these stories and the special role we are privileged to play in helping customers create homes filled with comfort, connection, and lasting memories."

The campaign also features special offers and curated packages designed to help customers make choices for their homes. Three digital films follow a young couple as they navigate different stages of their journey together, showing how everyday appliance choices become part of important life moments. The campaign will also see select Croma stores transformed with large-scale washing machine-inspired installations to bring the idea to life at retail.

The integrated campaign will run across digital, OTT and social media, supported by on-ground activations. It marks Croma’s significant investment in a video-led narrative aimed at building a deeper emotional connection with consumers.
