Dabur India Ltd. has launched The Dialogue Hub, an AI-powered digital intelligence and engagement platform designed to help its brands understand, engage with and respond to consumers in real time.
Developed in partnership with WPP, the platform marks a shift from traditional Online Reputation Management (ORM) and social listening functions towards an always-on intelligence system. It aims to enable faster decision-making, sharper consumer insights and more responsive digital engagement.
The Dialogue Hub combines AI-driven video intelligence, conversational AI, sentiment mapping and trend forecasting tools. These capabilities will help Dabur’s marketing teams identify emerging consumer conversations, track cultural trends and translate insights into relevant brand actions.
The platform is also designed around a ‘Strategy-to-Content Flywheel’, allowing brands to move from consumer insights to content creation more quickly and respond to developments in the digital landscape.
Commenting on the launch, Anindo Samajpati, Vice President – Marketing, Dabur India Ltd., said, “Trust in modern households isn't static; it is earned every single day in real-time.
