Danone India has announced the launch of its latest toddler nutrition product, DEXOGROW—a scientifically formulated milk drink designed for children aged 2 to 6 years. With its breakthrough Iron Biotics innovation, DEXOGROW promises to support 3X better iron absorption, addressing one of India’s most pressing childhood health issues: iron deficiency.
According to Danone, two out of every three children in India suffer from iron deficiency and anemia—a condition that can severely impact cognitive development, immunity, physical growth, and energy levels. DEXOGROW is Danone’s response to this silent but widespread nutritional challenge.
“Despite its high prevalence, awareness around iron absorption issues remains limited,” the company noted. “DEXOGROW has been created to provide a safe, effective, and science-backed nutritional solution for young children during their most critical years of development.”
The product contains 36 essential nutrients, including a combination of prebiotics, vitamins A, C, and zinc for immune support. It also includes DHA, ARA, and iron to boost brain development. Notably, DEXOGROW carries a clean-label promise: no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavors—making it a trustworthy choice for parents seeking wholesome nutrition.
The launch aligns with Danone’s global mission to deliver “health through food to as many people as possible.” The company is committed to ensuring access to this innovation across India, particularly in communities where nutrition awareness and availability remain low.
DEXOGROW will be available at major retail outlets and on e-commerce platforms nationwide, reinforcing Danone’s presence in the specialized toddler nutrition segment alongside other trusted products like Aptamil, Dexolac, Protinex, and Nusobee.
As a company that has been active in India’s nutrition space since 2012, Danone continues to uphold its holistic approach to life-stage-specific health, aiming to empower parents and improve child wellness through sustainable, science-backed nutrition solutions.
