Decathlon Kiprun, the specialist running brand of Decathlon, is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with one of Europe's leading distance runners, Jimmy Gressier. The collaboration, which begins in 2025, will run through to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, with the possibility of extending beyond this period. As part of the partnership, Decathlon Kiprun will provide Gressier with top-tier running equipment to aid his training and competition.
Jimmy Gressier, born in Boulogne-Sur-Mer, France, has cemented his place among the world’s elite distance runners, having set national records in the 5000m and 10,000m, and holding the European record for the road 5km with an impressive time of 13:12. He is a two-time French champion in the 5000m (2020, 2023) and the 10km road race (2022), and has claimed multiple podium finishes in European cross-country events, including three U23 titles (2017-2019) and a silver medal in the Senior category in 2021.

Through this collaboration, Decathlon Kiprun will support Gressier in his preparations for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. He is also setting his sights on new challenges for the 2025 season, including the John Terrier Classic 5000m on February 1, 2025, in Boston, and the 2-mile event at the 117th Millrose Games in New York on February 8, 2025.
