Delhivery has elevated Vani Venkatesh to Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Venkatesh joined Delhivery in February 2025 as Chief Business Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, where she was responsible for the company's revenue functions. In her new role, she will continue to oversee revenue while also taking charge of marketing and customer experience, and work closely with the company's operations teams.
The appointment is part of Delhivery's broader efforts to strengthen its executive leadership. Earlier this year, the company elevated Varun Bakshi as Chief Sales Officer, Vikas Kapoor as Chief Strategy Officer, Arun Bagavathi, Prashant Gazipur and Nikhil Ummat as Chief Operating Officers, and Sunny Raja as Chief Procurement Officer.
Meanwhile, Ajith Pai, Chief Operating Officer and KMP, will leave Delhivery at the close of business on September 15, 2026, to pursue opportunities independently. His responsibilities have been transitioned to the new operations leadership team.
