Dr Joie Bose has been promoted to Director at Capgemini after three years with the company. Prior to her elevation, she served as Strategy & Transformation Leader.
Bose brings close to two decades of experience spanning workforce strategy, capability systems and technology-led transformation across global organisations.
Before joining Capgemini, she worked with Deloitte and had earlier spent over six years at PwC. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva, graduating summa cum laude, and is an alumna of IIM Calcutta.
