Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), an FMCG conglomerate and multi-business corporation, has appointed Subrat Chakravarty as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Corporate.
In his new role, Chakravarty will lead the group’s HR function and oversee its people and process transformation agenda.
Chakravarty has over three decades of experience in human resources across several organisations, including HCL Technologies, Aon Hewitt, L&T Infotech, IPCL and Bata India. His experience covers global HR operations, talent management and organisational design, with a focus on aligning people, purpose and performance, as well as the use of HR technology, data analytics and human judgement in decision-making.
