The Duolingo English Test (DET) has launched a new campaign to mark its 10th anniversary, celebrating students pursuing international education through its digital English proficiency test.
Centred on the theme 'Built for What's Next', the campaign features a brand film highlighting the milestones of the study abroad journey, from test preparation and exam day to receiving results. The film reflects the shared experiences of students worldwide while reinforcing DET's focus on accessibility, flexibility and affordability.
Over the past decade, DET has emerged as a digital English proficiency assessment accepted by more than 6,500 university programmes globally, offering students an alternative to traditional language testing.
Speaking on the milestone, Tara Kapur, Marketing Director, Duolingo English Test, said: “For the past ten years, we've had the privilege of supporting millions of students as they pursue their dreams of studying abroad. In that time, we've not only helped open doors to opportunities around the world but also gained a deep understanding of the journeys behind those aspirations. This campaign celebrates those students and the ambition that drives them forward. As we mark this milestone, we're proud of the role we've played in making global education more accessible and look forward to supporting the next generation of students as they pursue their dreams.”
The anniversary campaign is now live across DET's social media platforms and underscores the organisation's continued commitment to supporting students and educational institutions through a digital-first testing experience.
