Duroflex Limited, the parent company of Duroflex and Sleepyhead, today announced a leadership transition and elevated Jacob George as Chairman and Managing Director of Duroflex Limited. Previously working as whole-time Director - Growth and Strategy, George succeeds Mathew Chandy, who steps down as Chairman and Managing Director.
Chandy will continue to contribute to the organisation as a whole-time Director. George brings more than a decade of leadership experience within Duroflex. He has been responsible for leading partnerships including collaborations with IPL franchises.
