Dylect, an Indian consumer electronics and automotive tech brand, has rolled out its nationwide awareness campaign titled Scam Ya Dash Cam, featuring Rannvijay Singha.
It captures the need for greater accountability in a country where everyday driving is often accompanied by chaos, rash driving, road scams, and blame-shifting incidents. The campaign film, launched on social media platforms, presents real-world scenarios where the absence of visual evidence can lead to vulnerability for honest drivers.
The campaign was conceptualised and executed by Art-E Mediatech, a digital and Martech agency.
Anuj Bhatia, Founder, Dylect, shared, “The campaign is deeply aligned with our mission to bring practical, tech-forward solutions to our customers. With this dash cam launch and awareness campaign, we hope to make roads safer for everyone and put an end to on-road scams and disputes, because the truth will always be recorded.”
Tejender Sharma, Co-Founder, Art-E Mediatech, explained, “As a creative agency, our objective was to capture the raw tension every driver experiences when confronted with on-road scams. We wanted to bring alive that fear and sense of helplessness, amplify it against the false authority scammers often project, and create a narrative that feels both cinematic and real. In this storyline, the Dylect Dash Cam emerges as the natural hero — a protector that flips the power dynamic in seconds and empowers drivers with the truth.”
