Ekart Partners with IKEA to Drive Seamless, Sustainable Deliveries in India

Ekart, one of India’s leading 4PL supply chain companies, has entered into a strategic partnership with IKEA to handle last-mile deliveries for its home furnishings business. This collaboration aims to provide seamless doorstep fulfilment for orders placed via IKEA’s website across North India.

Under the new agreement, Ekart will optimise the fulfilment of large parcels from IKEA’s vast catalog of over 7,000 products, including furniture, home décor, and household essentials. Ekart’s logistics capabilities will enable the company to meet its commitment to delivering most customer orders within 24 hours, setting new standards for operational excellence. With an impressive 99%+ success rate in pre-paid shipments, Ekart continues to lead in reliability and customer satisfaction.

IKEA’s new fulfilment hub in Delhi-NCR will serve as a key base for these operations, using high-performance logistics solutions to ensure smooth deliveries. Real-time tracking integration will provide customers with enhanced visibility, ensuring a smooth and transparent process. In line with IKEA's sustainability goals, Ekart will utilise a fleet of electric vehicles for deliveries, supporting eco-friendly logistics.

Ekart currently supports over 400 retail brands with end-to-end logistics services, including last-mile delivery, part-truckload (PTL), full-truckload (FTL), warehousing, and unique innovations like Open Box Delivery and product refurbishing. Through this partnership, Ekart and IKEA aim to redefine the home furnishings delivery experience in India by making it faster, greener, and more customer-centric.
