Emami Agrotech, part of the ₹30,000-crore Emami Group, has unveiled its new “Healthy & Tasty – FOR CHEF” range aimed at the HoReCa and B2B foodservice segment at AAHAR 2026, the International Food and Hospitality Fair being held in New Delhi.
Developed specifically for professional kitchens, the range has been curated to meet the operational demands of chefs and institutional buyers where quality, consistency and performance are critical. Launched under the company’s flagship Healthy & Tasty brand, the FOR CHEF portfolio includes multiple variants of edible oils along with key pantry staples such as whole, pure and blended spices, fresh chakki atta, maida, sooji, besan and soya chunks. The products are offered in larger pack sizes suited to commercial kitchens and bulk institutional consumption.

The Company has onboarded Samantha Dutta as Senior Vice President, Food Services, QSR, MT and Alternate Channels, to lead this strategic business, with her over 27 years of rich experience across the HoReCa, QSR, foodservice & B2B ecosystem.

The company plans to further expand the FOR CHEF portfolio in the coming months with the introduction of sauces, condiments, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat products, strengthening its presence in the fast-growing foodservice ecosystem.
Through this initiative, Emami Agrotech aims to deepen its footprint in the HoReCa and institutional segment and has set a target of generating ₹2,000 crore in revenue from the category over the next two to three years.
To support this growth strategy, the company has also appointed Vikas Mittal as strategic business advisor to guide expansion in the segment. Mittal previously served as Managing Director at McCain Foods India, overseeing operations across South East Asia, Korea and Taiwan.
