Gillette India Limited has appointed Srividya Srinivasan as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 1, 2024. She succeeds Gautam Kamath, who will transition to a new position as Vice President - Corporate Strategy at P&G’s Global Headquarters.
Srividya brings nearly two decades of experience in various finance roles, having joined Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 2005 in the United States. Her extensive career includes responsibilities across several markets, including the USA, Latin America, and the Philippines. Currently, she serves as Vice President & Head of Global Business Services and Global External Reporting in P&G Philippines. Srividya is an alumnus of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Commenting on her new role, Srividya Srinivasan stated, “I am thrilled and deeply humbled to kickstart the next phase of my journey with P&G and returning to India. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with various stakeholders to bring our integrated growth strategy to life and enhance our consumer offerings. Under Gautam’s leadership, Gillette India has achieved notable progress, consistently delivering balanced growth in both topline and bottom-line performance through product innovation. The company has maintained its market leadership in the Blades and Razors category during FY 23-24 while implementing strategic measures for long-term growth.
