Harinder Kumar has been appointed Secretary of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India for a two-year term, according to an official communication issued on 10 June.
Kumar, an Indian Telecom Service (ITS) officer, will join the regulator on deputation under foreign service terms. He currently serves as Chief General Manager of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s Maharashtra circle.
