Havas CX expands into Southeast Asia with the launch of its Singapore office, enhancing its customer experience capabilities across the region

Havas CX Expands into Southeast Asia with New Singapore Hub

Havas CX, the global customer experience network of Havas, has officially launched its new office in Singapore, marking a key milestone in the agency's expansion across Southeast Asia. This strategic move aims to enhance Havas CX's capabilities in the region by combining the expertise of Think Design’s UI/UX and experience design with Ekino’s technology and digital transformation skills.

Havas CX is already present in 18 major cities worldwide, including London, Paris, New York, and Mumbai, and sees Singapore as an ideal base for growing its customer experience (CX) offerings in Southeast Asia. This expansion is part of the agency’s broader Converged growth strategy, which seeks to deliver integrated and transformative customer experiences in one of the world’s most dynamic digital markets.

Rana Barua, Group CEO of Havas India, Southeast and North Asia (including Japan and South Korea), commented: “Expanding our CX capabilities in Southeast Asia, with Singapore as the strategic hub, is a key part of our Converged growth strategy. By building a robust UI/UX design capability through Think Design, we are positioning ourselves to meet the growing demand for innovative digital solutions in the region. In the coming months, we will introduce additional services from the Havas CX Network to further reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences across Southeast Asia.”

David Shulman, Global CEO of Havas CX Network, added: “As brands increasingly look to build deeper connections with their audiences, the demand for seamless and integrated experiences is stronger than ever. By expanding our CX capabilities in Southeast Asia, starting with Singapore, we are solidifying our dedication to customer-centric innovation and providing solutions that engage audiences across their entire digital journey.”

The Singapore office will also integrate Think Design’s design and user experience expertise with Ekino’s technical capabilities. Think Design and Ekino will collaborate closely with BLKJ Havas to deliver cutting-edge, impactful solutions for brands looking to improve their engagement with audiences. This partnership will be led by Deepali Saini, CEO of Think Design, and Rowena Bhagchandani, CEO of BLKJ Havas, both of whom will report to Rana Barua.

Deepali Saini and Rowena Bhagchandani expressed their excitement about the new initiative: “We are thrilled to be bringing our combined CX expertise to Southeast Asia. Singapore will serve as a hub for digital innovation, and we look forward to driving significant growth across the region through creative and tech-driven customer experiences.”
