Havas Media Network India has appointed Archana Aggarwal as Chief Growth Officer, as it looks to strengthen its growth trajectory in India, one of its top 10 global markets.
Aggarwal will be based out of Gurugram and report to Mohit Joshi, CEO, Havas Media Network India. In her new role, she will lead growth across Havas Media, PivotRoots, Havas Play and Arena Media, with a focus on new business and client partnerships.
The appointment comes as the network continues to expand its integrated model, supported by its Converged.AI operating system, which brings together data, technology and consumer insights.

Aggarwal has over two decades of experience in media and marketing. In her previous role as Vice President – Media at Airtel, she worked on integrated media strategies across digital and traditional platforms. Her experience spans sectors including FMCG and telecom, having worked with brands such as P&G, Unilever, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola and Airtel.
Havas Media Network India operates across Gurugram, Mumbai and Bengaluru, with a portfolio of over 100 clients and a team of more than 1,000 professionals.
