HAWK (Gozoop Group) has elevated Manjyot Rait to Director – Brand Reputation Management.
Based out of Mumbai, Rait will now be part of the leadership team, overseeing brand reputation management as the company looks to strengthen its customer service operations and delivery capabilities.
Rait joined the organisation in 2016 as an Executive and has since progressed through multiple roles. Over the years, he has been involved in managing brand environments and partnerships, contributing to operational processes and client servicing.
Following his Business Management studies in New Zealand, he returned to the organisation, bringing additional exposure to global markets, people management and operational scaling.
