HeadFirst Global has appointed former Randstad India Managing Director and CEO Viswanath PS as Managing Director and Country Manager for India. He will lead the company's growth strategy, market expansion and overall India operations, while also joining its board as Managing Director.
In his new role, Viswanath will oversee business growth, profit and loss (P&L) management and the expansion of HeadFirst Global's Global Capability Centre (GCC) business. He will also drive strategic transformation, strengthen the company's workforce solutions portfolio and help enterprises build future-ready workforces through integrated talent strategies.
Viswanath brings more than three decades of experience across Randstad, General Electric, Motorola and the TVS Group. Before joining HeadFirst Global, he led Randstad India's workforce solutions business, overseeing staffing, recruitment and employment services. His expertise spans labour and employment regulations, corporate compliance, taxation, and workforce models including temporary and permanent staffing, Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
Alongside leading the India business, Viswanath will also oversee corporate governance, sustainability and corporate social responsibility as a member of HeadFirst Global's board. His appointment comes as India's workforce solutions and GCC ecosystem continues to evolve, with enterprises increasingly seeking technology-led talent solutions and specialised workforce strategies.
