Himanshu Khanna has joined the CKA Birla Group as Group Chief Marketing Officer, according to industry sources familiar with the development.
Khanna was previously Chief Marketing Officer at Raymond Limited’s Lifestyle Division, where he led the marketing transformation of the company’s nearly $1-billion lifestyle business since August 2021. His tenure was marked by a shift toward a consumer-centric, digital-first approach, along with major retail and brand modernisation initiatives.
At Raymond, Khanna oversaw brand strategy and growth across a wide portfolio that included Raymond Suiting and Shirting, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, Ethnix by Raymond, Ready-to-Wear, Raymond Home and Raymond Made-to-Measure. His role also covered retail marketing, digital marketing, consumer insights, visual merchandising and brand protection.
Before Raymond, Khanna was Business Head of the FMCG division at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, where he held full P&L responsibility and drove rapid growth for snack brand Too Yumm!, while also leading the integration and turnaround of Apricot Foods after its acquisition.
With more than three decades of experience, Khanna has held senior marketing roles at global companies including Beam Suntory, Wrigley, PepsiCo, Cadbury and Nestlé. He is widely regarded as a dynamic marketing leader and a sought-after voice at industry forums.
