Honasa Consumer Limited has announced the onboarding of Dheeraj Nagpal and Madhur Acharya as part of its strategic push to build the next wave of consumer categories and future-focused brands.
The appointments reflect the company’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities while expanding into emerging consumer white spaces shaped by digital-first behaviour and evolving aspirations.
Nagpal joins Honasa Consumer to lead and build new categories. He brings over 15 years of experience across growth, partnerships, business strategy and consumer businesses. Prior to joining the company, he was associated with wellness startup Zingavita as Co-founder, where he led brand strategy, marketing and product innovation. He has also worked with brands including Zomato and American Express.

Meanwhile, Madhur Acharya joins the company to build Honasa’s next category focused on evolving consumer identity and digital-first behaviour. With over 12 years of experience across beauty, lifestyle and e-commerce, he previously served as Vice President – E-commerce at Lenskart, where he helped scale newer brands such as Aqualens. He has also worked with WOW Skin Science and Forest Essentials.
