Huella has elevated Pankajj Rai to Senior Vice President, Ad Sales for India, while simultaneously announcing its expansion into the Southeast Asia market as part of its international growth strategy.
As part of this move, the company has established a new base in Singapore, positioning itself to scale beyond India and build strategic partnerships across key Southeast Asian markets. The expansion comes amid rising global demand for interactive connected TV (CTV) solutions and creative intelligence platforms that offer both scale and measurable engagement.
In his new role, Rai will oversee Huella’s national ad sales operations across all products, including NEXad (Interactive CTV), NewsroomAI and AIgnite.
Speaking on the announcement, Mayura Nayak, Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer, Huella, said: “Expansion without structure creates fragility. As we step into Southeast Asia, it is critical that our India revenue organisation evolves in parallel. Pankajj’s elevation reflects both performance and readiness to operate at a national scale. Under Rai’s leadership, the company’s India revenue operations will be managed through regional heads across key markets. Dheeraj Khandelwal will lead revenue for North India, Ketaki Hardikar will oversee West India, while Vinay S and David Reji will lead revenue operations in South India.
