Ipsos has appointed Kelly Beaver as its Chief Executive Officer, following a unanimous decision by the company's Board of Directors at its meeting on July 30.
Beaver, who joined Ipsos in 2011, has held several leadership positions, including Head of UK Public Affairs, CEO for the UK and Ireland since 2021, and most recently Chair of Ipsos' Global Healthcare Service Line. Before joining Ipsos, she worked as an economist and consultant at PwC and Coffey International Ltd across European and international markets.
She succeeds Jean Laurent Poitou, who is leaving the company to pursue personal projects. According to Ipsos, Beaver will take charge immediately and continue implementing the company's Horizons strategic plan.
Commenting on the appointment, Laurence Stoclet, President of the Board of Directors, said, "Kelly Beaver's appointment is excellent news for Ipsos, its clients, and its employees. She is an experienced professional with deep industry knowledge, and she was identified as part of the succession plans developed by the Board. She will continue to implement the Horizons plan and accelerate the Group's growth."

The Board also thanked Jean Laurent Poitou for his leadership, including the launch of the Horizons strategic plan and the organisational restructuring undertaken during his tenure.
