Jindal Foundation has unveiled HER Kadam, a nationwide campaign by the women, for the women, bringing all of the Foundation’s women-focused initiatives under one ambit. The campaign celebrates the empowerment of over 2.7 million women across India through programmes in health, education, digital literacy, skill development, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship.
As part of the launch, the Foundation unveiled the HER Kadam brand film- a portrayal of women leading change at the community level. Featuring real-life visuals from the field, the film captures stories of resilience, skill-building, ambition, and transformation. It celebrates the idea that nothing is beyond a woman’s reach — from threading a needle to building an airplane.
Each woman’s progress becomes a legacy that uplifts her family, strengthens her community, and propels future generations. Every step she takes, ‘HER Kadam’ is a step forward not just for herself, but for many around her. Through initiatives like Kishori Express, Vatsalya, Yashasvi, Anjor Digital Literacy, Swawlamban, and Aakriti, the Foundation continues to build pathways of opportunity for women to thrive.
