L’Oréal Paris, the world’s leading beauty brand, has set a new Guinness World Record for the "Most People Untying Their Hair Simultaneously." Over 500 women gathered in Mumbai to take part in the record-breaking event, marking a historic moment that promotes hair care and encourages women to prioritise their hair health.
The record attempt was part of the launch of L'Oréal Paris’ new Hyaluron Pure Shampoo and Conditioner range, as well as the brand’s ongoing "Free Your Hair" campaign. This campaign focuses on empowering women, urging them to embrace self-care without compromise. The collective act of untying their hair symbolises liberation and highlights the importance of scalp health, a concern faced by millions around the world.
The innovative Hyaluron Pure range tackles common hair issues, specifically oily scalps and dry ends, which affect many individuals. The product line features an advanced formula of Salicylic Acid and Hyaluronic Acid, providing deep cleansing of the scalp while ensuring 72 hours of hydration for healthy, bouncy, and nourished hair.
"The first step to maintaining hair health is recognizing common scalp concerns like excess oil and dandruff, which impacts 50% of adults at some point in their lives. With Hyaluron Pure, we are redefining what it means to have healthy, hydrated hair. This Guinness World Record attempt is a testament to the confidence and empowerment our range brings to women everywhere," said Dario Zizzi, General Manager at L'Oréal Paris India.
This achievement further strengthens L’Oréal Paris’ commitment to innovation and empowerment. More than just a world record, the "Free Your Hair" campaign represents confidence, strength, and self-expression, reinforcing the brand’s leadership in the hair care industry.
