One MobiKwik Systems Ltd. (MobiKwik) one of India’s largest digital wallets, has announced two senior-level appointments to support its core business and technology strategy.
Saurabh Dwivedi has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO), following his tenure as Senior Vice President - Engineering for the Payments division since August 2023. During his time at MobiKwik, he has led engineering teams, worked on infrastructure scalability, and contributed to product development. Prior to joining MobiKwik, he was Vice President - Engineering at MakeMyTrip.
In his new role, Dwivedi will lead Engineering across four areas: Payments, Financial Services, Core Platform, and Infrastructure & InfoSec. MobiKwik is currently focusing on integrating artificial intelligence into its operations, with Dwivedi overseeing initiatives such as AI Assisted Product Development, Efficient Collections and Customer Delight. These efforts aim to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Dhruv Wadhera has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Offline Payments. Wadhera has been leading the Offline Payments business since June 2023 and has overseen its expansion. Before joining MobiKwik, he served as Vice President and Sales Director at Zomato, managing P&L operations across North and East India.
