Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) has appointed four new directors to its Board, a move aimed at reinforcing strategic leadership, governance, and business continuity.
From the Promoter Group, Pratik Oswal and Vaibhav Agrawal have joined the Board. Their inclusion is intended to advance the Group’s long-term ambitions by blending legacy with fresh thinking, while contributing to the company’s strategic direction.
The Board has also appointed Joseph Conrad Agnelo D’Souza, a senior HDFC Group veteran with four decades of experience, and Ashok Kumar P. Kothari, a former IRS officer with over 30 years of service, as Independent Directors. Their appointments are expected to strengthen MOFSL’s corporate governance framework and provide oversight across diverse business and regulatory areas.
As informed by the company, the newly inducted directors bring extensive experience across asset management, lending, taxation, strategy, risk management, regulatory affairs, and corporate leadership. Their expertise is anticipated to enhance the Board’s oversight capabilities, governance standards, and strategic depth, supporting MOFSL’s long-term growth trajectory.
