Namratha B Swamy has stepped down from Mobile Premier League (MPL), ending a five-year association with the gaming platform.
Swamy announced her departure in a LinkedIn post, describing the period as "an incredible chapter" of her career.
She joined MPL in 2021 as Country Head for India, where she led the scaling of the business and supported its profitability initiatives before being elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, she oversaw business operations and strategy across the company's markets.
Before joining MPL, Swamy was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. She has not announced her next professional move.
