Advertising industry veteran Naveen Gaur has announced his departure from MullenLowe Lintas Group (MLLG) after a successful 15-year stint with the agency. Gaur most recently served as Group Chief Operating Officer – Growth & Innovation, playing a pivotal role in driving business transformation and strategic growth across the network.
With over three decades of experience in advertising, Gaur is now stepping into entrepreneurship with the launch of his own consultancy firm, Fairway Consulting India, where he takes on the role of Founder & CEO.

Prior to his role at MLLG, Gaur held senior leadership positions at prominent agencies including DDB Mudra and McCann India. Over the course of his career, he has led integrated marketing initiatives for a wide range of marquee brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Google, LG, Bacardi, Mastercard, Flipkart, Tata Group, Maruti Suzuki, and Air India.
Beyond the advertising domain, Gaur also served as CEO at Mayar Health Resorts Limited, bringing cross-industry leadership to the wellness and hospitality sector.
